Pointe is an advanced form of ballet where dancers perform using reinforced shoes called pointe shoes. This technique requires significant strength, control, and proper alignment. Students focus on developing the technical skills, core strength, and ankle stability needed for safe and expressive pointe work. Instructor approval is required before beginning pointe to ensure each dancer is physically ready.
*You must be turning 12 the current dance season before end of first quarter and be enrolled in ballet to take Pre-Pointe. All other Pointe classes are invite only.
